THE DEATH SET

Jeeez ... THE DEATH SET! One of my fave bands ever (with "negative thinking" being one of my favorite songs) is now part of the Weird World family and i feel like ... dunno ... kinda honored. It's for sure one of the best live bands I've ever seen. You might get an impression when you take a look at the foto above or the clips below.

29.05.2021 Limoges, Punk&Needles

GIRLS IN SYNTHESIS

New band on Harbinger Sounds, the label that released the first albums by the SLEAFORD MODS. Please give it a listen if you like it a bit more noisy. It's another brilliant live-act. Trust us. On this, their very first touron mainland Europe, we are looking for smaller venues up to 100 / 150 ppl capacity. You will know why ...

"this is one of the best and most relevant albums you’ll hear this year." (5/5) - Punksite

"Girls In Synthesis offers unruly punk, a kind of skewed take on our current shit show of a country that blasts into the future"- Clash Magazine

available: May, 20th til Mayl, 30th 2021

HARD ONS

We are currently talking about a tour in fall 2021 but that's still a bit up in the air, as you can imagine. We will keep you updated ...

THE LOVELY EGGS

New on board - The Lovely Eggs! Already big in the UK (their latest single "this decision" went No.1 in last weeks "UK vinyl single charts"), the duo is now ready to take over the continent. "This decision" was taken from the bands upcoming album called "I am Moron", that will get big promotion via Cargo Records. And noone else than Mr. Iggy Pop is one of their biggest fans, letting The Lovely Eggs open his radio-shows not just once. The original plan was a tour in April 2021 but due to the virus the tour will be moved to October next year. Please find the new period below. Oh ... and ... there are some big news in the pipeline. More infos coming soon ...

STEVE IGNORANT'S CRASS

More than proud to welcome this legend. If you ask me (Tom), crAss was one of the most important bands when this whole thing started. The political and lyrical ideas of crAss are even more relevant today as they were then and will be performed with the same intensity of those days. We moved the tour to next year.

15.10.21 GER-Hamburg, Hafenklang
16.10.21 NED-Amsterdam, Melkweg

WIRE

Wire cancelled their European Tour that was supposed to take place in March 2021!
Here's the official statement:
"2020 has indeed thrown everyone in our industry into disarray and Wire are no exception to this. We don’t think it will come as a great surprise to anyone that there doesn’t seem to be any way to make the dates we have previously re-scheduled from May 2020 to March 2021 work. So we have taken the decision to refund everyone who bought tickets rather than reschedule them yet again with no real certainty we can fulfil the obligations. This will enable us to make a proper plan to configure a schedule that we most certainly can fulfil at a time when we know for certain it is as safe for us to tour as it us for you to come and see us without anyone having to practice social distancing!"

Of course, we will let you know as soon as there is a new tour period!

21.03.21 GER-Berlin, SO36 (cancelled)
22.03.21 GER-Hamburg, Markthalle (cancelled)
23.03.21 GER-Köln, Gebäude 9 (cancelled)
